SUPERVISION

I completed my Supervision Training after attending his workshop on Fear and Love in Supervision with Robin Shohet (the author of Supervision in the Helping Professions) using the Seven Eyed Model.

I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from adults to children and teens. I can also offer experience and knowledge from a variety of settings from public, private and voluntary sectors.  I understand the demands and pressures faced within the profession and am here to support you.

Whether you are in training, qualified or in another profession, I can offer a safe space for you to reflect on your own work. My aim is to hold and support you through your own self-awareness, to develop your own personal growth and build on your confidence.  This will enable you to gain insight to your work and making the most of our time together.

It is important that we take care of your own needs and well-being to prevent vicarious trauma and burnout.  As part of my role as a Supervisor, we will not only explore your client work but identify your own needs.
